McRitchie Studio LLC (doing business as McRitchie Studio) ("McRitchie Studio", "we", "us") operates this website, mcritchie.studio, and the services offered through it (together, the "Service"). Our address is 3000 Lawrence St, Denver, CO 80205.
This page is both our Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of our text message program. It explains what information we collect from customers and visitors, how we use it, and when we share it.
Contact form: When you send us a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, your message and, if you give it, your mobile phone number. We also record whether you consented to or declined text messages, the consent wording you were shown, and the date, time, IP address and browser (user agent) of the submission. We keep this as a record of your choice.
Text messages: If you opt in to text messages, we collect your mobile number, the messages you send us, and your opt-in and opt-out history.
Account information: When you sign in (by a magic link emailed to you, or Google sign-in), we store your name, email address, authentication metadata and session records needed to keep the account secure.
Requests and mailing list: When you ask us to build an app or join our mailing list, we store what you submit (for example your description of the app) and your email address. Our emails record whether they were opened and which links were clicked.
Third-party platform credentials: When an account holder authorizes the Service to post to social media accounts they control, we store the access tokens and account identifiers those platforms issue.
Content data: We store content created through the Service, such as titles, captions, images, video links and references to public sports data.
Usage data: Standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp, user agent) for operational monitoring and security.

Mobile information is not shared for marketing. We do not share your mobile opt-in information with anyone. Mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Our website embeds a booking calendar provided by Google Calendar appointment scheduling, on the home page, on the Schedule a Call page, and in the "Schedule a call" window. Information you enter there (your name, email address and the time you choose) is sent to Google and handled under Google's privacy policy; the booking then appears on our calendar.
Program: McRitchie Studio LLC (doing business as McRitchie Studio) provides software solutions. We send general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers, as well as marketing messages to promote our products and services. Messages are sent from (303) 222-2113.
How you opt in: You opt in on our contact page by providing your mobile phone number and checking a consent box. No box is checked for you.
Message types: Customer care messages may include responses to messages you send us, as well as information relevant to your relationship with us. Marketing messages may include discount codes, special deals or texts promoting our products and services. You choose which of these you receive, and you can choose neither.
Consent: Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can contact us and use the Service without agreeing to receive text messages.
Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages.
Opt out: Reply STOP or CANCEL to any message to unsubscribe at any time. We will send one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and then no more unless you opt in again.

Delivery: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We use your mobile number only to send the kinds of messages you agreed to and to answer you. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is passed only to the phone and messaging providers that deliver our messages, for that purpose alone.
Reply STOP or CANCEL to stop text messages. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop marketing email. For anything else, email alex@mcritchie.studio.
We keep account, content and credential data for as long as the Service is operated, or until you ask us to delete it. We keep contact form submissions and consent records for as long as we need them to answer you and to show that consent was given or withdrawn. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.
We use industry-standard practices: TLS for all transport, passwordless sign-in links, encrypted secrets, and access controls on application data.
We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in and to remember site preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. The embedded Google booking calendar may set its own cookies. Our footer map loads map images from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address when it does.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing alex@mcritchie.studio. We will respond within 30 days. We may keep a record of an opt-out so that we continue to honor it.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this page from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised.
